Bank of America is one of the largest funders of the Atlanta Police Foundation (APF). Through their donations to APF, Bank of America is funding the destruction of the Weelaunee Forest in South Atlanta. With the big bank’s huge monetary force behind it, it might as well be these financial backers of the cop city project, like Bank of America, that are actively cutting the forest down, bulldozing areas, and acting in complicity with the state’s criminalization of forest defenders.
